Introduction
This yummy smoothie has the thick consistency of a shake. Great for satisfying a little sugar craving :-) You can sub any protein powder you want, I use Aria because it is low sugar/low GI.and $10 for a can at Trader Joes. Makes a little over 1 tall glass. NOTE: I estimated the blackberries b/c I used 6 (was running out!). The strawberries are frozen/unsweetened but the only way to get the calories per strawberry (11) was to choose fresh/medium (they were of slightly varying sizes). I'll try to fix this recipe but its flexible so if you import I believe you can tweak the ingredients to suit your taste too.
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Adjust to suit tastes. You can add a part of a banana for extra potassium.
