    1 whole Chicken Breast - boneless/skinless
    2tsp Garlic, minced
    2tsp Penzies Italian Seasoning
    6cups Whole Wheat Rigatone Noodles
    2cups Broccoli, chopped
    2cups Cauliflower, chopped
    2cups Carrots, chopped
    1cup Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes - Basil, Oregano, Garlic
    6T Newman's Own Lighten Up Italian Dressing


Make your noodles as directed. I like to add a little garlic to the water for flavor.
Dice up chicken breast and cook in pan with the garlic and italian seasoning mix. Drain out any liquid from the chicken.
Steam your veggies for 5minutes and remove from heat - drain any water in pain still.
Through all ingredients into a large mixing bowl along with the tomatoes and salad dressing - then serve!
