Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 med. green bell peppers
    2# ground chuck
    1c. long grain rice
    1 c.celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 tbs. garlic powder
    2 med. eggs
    1 can tomato juice

Directions

Remove seeds from peppers. Put half of tomato juice in pot. Put rest of ingredients in large bowl and mix well.Then stuff peppers and lay in pot if juice don't cover peppers add the rest. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 6 servings
