    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded
    Zucchini, .3 cup, sliced
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), .3 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup
    Lobster, broiled (3 oz. cooked), 4 serving
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Ken's Healthy Options Caesar Vinaigrette, 1.5 serving


Steam lobster meat until warm. Melt the butter and toss it with the lobster. Set aside.
Combine all the salad ingredients except the croutons. Toss with salad dressing.
Add lobster and croutons to top of salad.
Serves 4. WW points per serving = 5
