Ingredients
-
50g butter
100g 4-grain cereal (used for porridge) or flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
Filling:
400g yogurt (I used cherry flavored)
1 egg
300g curd
1dl milk
sugar
jam (raspberry?)
Directions
Mix the cereal grain with melted butter, cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of sugar, add some water if necessary. Put the mixture into cooking pan (diameter 24cm). Put it in a cool place while preparing the filling.
Filling: mix yogurt, curd cream, milk, egg with electrical mixer. Add sugar as much as you like.
Put 1 layer of the filling on the pastry, then add jam (raspberry), then top it with the filling. Sprinkle little pieces of almond on top of the cake. You can also add some cocoa powder and stir the filling a bit in order to create patterns.
Heat oven until 180C. Cook the cake in the middle for an hour. You should also put a bowl of water under the cooking pan. Cheese and yogurt cakes look better if you do so. The steam from the water prevents them from drying.
