Introduction

Choose any cut of beef. I opted for a london broil that looked lean. Cut the cooking time if the meat is thawed. Ingredients

    London Broil, 2lb frozen
    Barbecue Sauce, 1/4 cup (your fav. kind)
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Water, tap, 1/4
    Wyler's beef boullion 1cube
    Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix (1 Packet)

Directions

This will make about 6 servings. Throw everything into a crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours if frozen or until tender. Increase water if thawed.
