Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup
    1 3/4 cup water
    *Chicken Boullion Cube (Wylers brand), 1 cube
    *Garlic Powder, 2 1/2 tsp
    *lawrys seasoning salt, 1/4 tsp
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 1/2 tbsp
    *onion powder, 1 tsp
    *Frozen Mixed veggies, 1 cup

Directions

Heat water, boullion, and all seasonings in saucepan on high until water boils. Add brown rice and frozen veggies. Bring back to boil, cover, reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes or until all water has evaporated and rice is tender. Turn off heat, keep covered, and let sit for 5 minutes.

    I use fresh garlic, onion, natural brown rice and fresh veggies as all the good stuff is gone in the dried version. - 7/21/09
