    2 lb lean (93%) ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves smashed garlic
    2 15 oz cans organic tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can fired roasted diced tomatos
    2 15 oz cans organic pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
    3 TBS chile powder
    2 TBS cumin
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp African Cayenne (optional)

Directions

Fry and simmer hamb with onion
Add garlic, simmer
Add canned ingredients
Add spices
Simmer 30 minutes on low
