Introduction

Ingredients

    1 bag (10 oz) shredded cabbage
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tbs. sugar
    3 tbs. rice vinegar OR 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. reduced fat mayo
    1 tsp. celery seed

Directions

Empty cabbage into a bowl. Drain pineapple and add to cabbage. In a separate bowl mix together remaining ingredients (salt through celery seed). Mix with cabbage and pineapple. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings and a little extra to "taste test" :)
