Introduction

Same recipe as my Creamy Corn Dip, except using Neufchatel intead of cream cheese to cut down a bit on the fat content. Same recipe as my Creamy Corn Dip, except using Neufchatel intead of cream cheese to cut down a bit on the fat content.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 8 oz package of Neufchatel cheese
    1 12 oz can of yellow corn - drained
    1 10 oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis - drained

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and stir occassionally until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm. If desire, add 1 tsp. (or more) of cumin.
