Ingredients

    1-6 oz can Chicken of Sea Light Tuna in Water
    1/2 cup chopped celery & leaves
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup Goya White Beans
    2 Tbl. Hellman's Light Mayonaise
    2 tsp. Yellow Mustard
    2 Tbl. Pickle Relish

    2 large ripe tomatoes

Directions

Serves 2, approx. 1 1/4 cup each, plus tomato.

Drain tuna and put in mixing bowl. Add celery, parsley and beans, and toss lightly to mix well. Add mayonnaise, mustard and relish and combine with tuna mixture. Core tomatoes and remove pulp. Stuff tuna mixture into each tomato.
