Ingredients

Salmon, 5 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Garlic, 3 clove
Fat Free Cup of Soup Chicken Broth, 1 serving
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
Peas, fresh, 25 grams
Tarragon
White flour, 40grams
Directions
Makes four 1.5 cup servings
1 Put the onions, diced garlic peppers and potato into the chicken broth in a pan.
2 Add 3 more cans of water, some seasoning, and dill and tarragon.
3 Cook til vegetables are soft
4 In a blender/food processer blend corn til smooth and add mustard and mix in the flour til smooth
5 Dice the salmon to 1cm cubes approx
6 When the vegetables are softened, mix in the corn flour and mustard mix and cook til the flour thickens and is amalgamated
7 When the chowder looks close to finished, add in the salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes.
