    Trader Joes Grouns Beef 96/4, 16 oz
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup
    onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 12 cracker, rectangle
    Salsa, 1 cup


1) Heat oven to 400 degrees.

2) Mix beef, egg, crackers, and onion with 3/4 cup cheese and 1/2 cup salsa.

3) Press evenly into 6 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Use the back of a spoon to make indentation in center of each. Place muffin tin on foil covered baking sheet.

4) Bake 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer measures 160 degrees. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake 3 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
