Ingredients

    1 Lb. of Ground Beef, Lean
    1/3 cup chopped Green Bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped Onion
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1 can Tomato soup
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup Instant Rice
    3-4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic until no longer pink. Drain

Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Bring to a boil, cover and turn down to simmer.

Simmer for 12-15 minutes until rice is tender. Stir once or twice.

Serves 4-5

    This was good. I think the next time I make it I will add another quarter cup of rice. I calculated out the calories, etc and it came to about double what is listed here but it is a good dinner all the same. - 5/7/12

    This was delicious! My husband and I ate it and would definitely make it again! We both agreed that we enjoyed it better than any Hamburger Helper out there, and it is healthy too!! - 1/16/08
