Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups apple juice
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/2 tsp maple extract
    1- 10 ounce box quick-cooking couscous
    1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
    1/2 cup chopped moist dried black figs
    1/2 cup snipped dried apples
    1/4 tsp each ground cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
    2 cups Brown Cow Cream Top Maple Yogurt

Directions

Combine the apple juice, maple syrup and extract in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then add the couscous, dried fruit and spices. Cook according to package instructions. Combine the yogurt, walnuts and ginger chips in a small bowl. To serve fluff the couscous with a fork and top each serving with yogurt mixture.
