Introduction

Ingredients

    5 Stalks of Celery
    15 large baby carrots
    1 cup of diced assorted peppers
    14oz of leftover steak chopped (or other meat)
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    1 small can of tomato paste
    4 cups of leftover pureed hearty vegetable soup
    1 cup of salsa
    spices to taste
    1 can of black beans, rinsed

Directions

Dice vegetables and meat, saute together.
Add tomatoes and beans. Add vegetable puree, tomato paste and salsa. Season to taste.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Makes 7 x 2 cup servings.
