Ingredients

    3 lbs. octopus, fresh (approx.) previously frozen
    375 gr broccoli, fresh cut in to florets and stems slice into thin sticks
    5 gr ginger, fresh, thinly sliced
    125 gr onion fresh thinly sliced
    1/2 c Thai marinade/sauce (from sugarmagnolia)
    Bay leaves
    2 tbsp oil

Directions

Rinse octopus.
Put in pan and cover with water
add a few bay leaves
bring to boil
boil softly for 30 minutes
discard water and add fresh
add a few bay leaves and a glass of red wine (optional)
bring to boil and then simmer for 90 minutes until tender
allow to cool in water
Can now be used in any recipe or salad

Chop octopus in bite-sized pieces. Add marinade and allow to marinate for several hours to overnight.

Heat wok. Add oil. Add ginger then onion, then broccoli stems then florets. When almost done add octopus and marinade and stir-fry until warm.
