Introduction

I made this on a whim cuz I was craving something that's stewy. I served it with couscous :) I made this on a whim cuz I was craving something that's stewy. I served it with couscous :)

Ingredients

I used two large zucchini, 1 lb ground beef, 1 can no salt tomato sauce, 2 chicken bouillion cubes, and half a tsb of curry. You can always add more spices if you like :) I added two cups of water but you can add as much or little as you like.

Directions

First I browned the ground beef and took off the excess fat. Then I boiled the zucchini that I cut up into chunks till it was soft. I mixed this in with the meat, added the can of tomato sauce, water, and spices. I let it boil and reduced the heat and let it sit for a few minutes to take in the spices. ENJOY!

    Incredible!
I used ground beef with the zucchini and spaghetti as a base. Came out really good!! Not too much sauce to over power the dish , just enough to give it that flavor :) house full of chefs approve! (Yes actual chefs that work at 4&5 star restaurants ) - 9/16/19

    O.K.
I did not like it. It tasted like salty spaghetti sauce. I followed the recipe to the "t".
That's exactly what it looked like, spaghetti sauce.

Yum! I loved this. The flavors went together perfectly, and it was a very filling, hearty meal. I served it over couscous, and also sprinkled a bit of shredded cheese on top. Sooo good! - 10/21/10

    Incredible!
I loved it, you can't taste the zucchini (which my son hates), and instead of having it with couscous my family had it with spaghetti, they all loved the curry and ate it without complaining. It is fast and easy to make. - 4/17/10
