Introduction

By using whole wheat flour and regular flour, you get a nice mix of both. Add more/less cinnamon depending on taste. Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 7.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Add milk, eggs and oil; stir until mixed
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.
Serve with berries or bananas and warm maple syrup
