Introduction

In preparing for a potluck, I like to have a dish that satisfies the good ol' days without sacrificing taste. Potato salad is a part of many family picnics and potlucks. In preparing for a potluck, I like to have a dish that satisfies the good ol' days without sacrificing taste. Potato salad is a part of many family picnics and potlucks.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 potatoes, boiled
    1 large hard boiled egg
    2-3 T of pickle relish
    3 T Kraft Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
    4 t mustard
    Salt & Pepper to taste (approximately 1 t each)
    1 T. Italian seasoning or blend of basil, tarragon, rosemary
    Optional additions: chopped onions, black olives, red peppers, or green peppers

Directions

1. Peel and boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes with a dash of salt in the water.
2. Mix all the other ingredients up before tossing in the cooked potatoes.
3. Add the potatoes and gently stir to coat the potatoes.
4. Place in refrigerator and serve when ready!
