Introduction

This is my after-work treat! This is my after-work treat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    Instant coffee crystals
    Ground cinnamon
    Stevia
    Salt
    Nonfat milk
    Water
    Ice

Directions

Get a large tumbler glass. Add cocoa powder, coffee crystals, cinnamon (I usually just do three large dashes from the container), stevia, and salt to bottom of glass.

Put a small amount of hot water (about 1/4 cup - the hotter the better) into the glass. Stir until all the coffee and cocoa is dissolved.

Add the milk and fill the rest of the glass up with whatever combination of ice cubes and cold water that you want. Stir well. Sip and relax!

I plan to try this tonight. But can I ask what the salt is for? - 8/14/09

Salt is a flavor enhancer. Since the drink is kind of watery, I find that a pinch of salt just boosts the flavor a little. It's totally optional - just what I do. :)
