Introduction
I made up this chilli for the family and toned down the hot sauce but feel free to add more chipolti hot sauce to spice it up.To lower the calories for me I picked out all the hot dog chunks and left them in for others. Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef,
1 onion chopped,
1 red pepper chopped,
1 small can corn
1 can (19 oz) mexican small red beans
1 can PC ready to serve tomato and roasted red pepper soup
1tsp sun dried tomatos
1.5 tsp garlic and herbs
2.5 tsp chilli powder
1.5 tsp hot chilli peppers
several drops of chipolti hot sauce
Brown the beef, saute the onions and then put everything in the pot, simmer for 60 min or more without the lid. Serve with banock or buns.
