Ingredients

    1 large package (0.6 oz) Jell-O Sugar Free Gelatin, Orange or any flavor
    2 cups boiling water
    12 ounces Diet Mtn. Dew, original flavor
    1 Dole or Del Monte Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple juice, 15.25 ounces
    4 ounces Weight Watchers Smooth & Creamy Yogurt, Lemon Pie or Vanilla

Directions

Boil water. Add Jello-O to boiling water and stir for 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Add 12 ounces Mtn. Dew and Yogurt. Let set in refrigerator until partially set. Add crushed pineapple. Stir mixture and pour into individual 1/2 cup dishes or serving bowl and let set until ready to serve.
This may be topped with whipped topping, if desired or served plain.
Makes eleven 1/2 cup servings
