Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.8 cup, strips
    Spinach, frozen, 2 cup
    Boca Meatless Ground Burger, 1.5 cup
    Great Value Dark Red Kidney Beans, 4 cans
    Great Value Black Beans, 1 can
    Great Value Diced Tomato, 2 big cans
    Great Value Sweet Corn, No Salt Added, 1 can

Directions

Makes a potful! I'm diving into 15 servings, approx 1 cup each.

Mix all ingredients. Add:
1tb chili powder
1tb cumin
1tb cinnamon
1tb paprika
1tb minced onion
1tsp rosemary
1tsp garlic powder

Other seasonings to taste.
