Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix together peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla one.
Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into creamed mixture.

Roll teaspoons of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Press each ball twice with fork tines (may need to spray fork with a little cooking spray so the tines don't stick to the cookie).

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

Makes about 44 cookies (calories figured on 44 cookies).

    Was a little dry when mixing, just added a little more milk. Found that using off brands make it dry, use only national brands - 9/16/09
