Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions 2 cups sliced
    celery large (1 pack)
    Ground turkey 8 oz approx
    Black beans canned (rinse the beans and discard canned solution)
    Ortega chilli seasoning 1/2 packet
    Tomatoes diced or crushed
    Olive oil 1 tbsp

Directions

1) Heat oil, saute onion and celery till light brown.
2) Add ground turkey and brown the meat as well.
3) Add seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans and black pepper. Saute well
4) Cover and simmer for 10 mins. The consistency will be thick and hearty! (adjust salt if needed)
5) Serve hot with croutons (optional)
