Ingredients

1.5 lbs of salmon fillet
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs butter or margarine, melted
1.5 tbs honey
1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1tbs fresh chopped parsley or .5 tbs dried parsley
Garnish: Lemon slices
Directions
Makes six 4 oz servings. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; place skin side down, in a lightly greased 11x7x1.5 inch or 9 in. square baking dish.
Combine mustard, butter, and honey. brush over salmon. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley; spoon evenly across top of salmon. Bake uncovered at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish, if desired.
