Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
Chicken Broth, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Bertolli Red Wine Vinegar, .5 tbsp (remove)
*Asiago Cheese, .25 oz (remove)
Orzo Pasta, .75 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large nonstick saucepan. Swirl in the oil, then add the onion, celery and garlic.. Saute til softened, 3 -4 minutes. Stir in the spinach, half the broth, and the vinegar; cook stirring frequently until the liquid evaporates. 2-3 minutes longer. Stir in orzo cheese, the remaining broth, and the pepper.
