Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    1 bunch escarole, chopped
    12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    2 t garlic, minced
    1 jar marinara sauce
    1 lb. penne

Directions

Cook penne according to package.

Saute mushrooms, garlic & escarole in olive oil. Add sauce & heat through. Stir in penne.
