Ingredients

    4 4 oz Tilapia Filets
8 Tbsp Sams Mild and Chunky Salsa
4 cups cooked Zatarains yellow Rice
    3 Limes ( 2 sliced and 1 squeezed )

Directions

Thaw four 4 oz Tilapia filets in bowl of cool water.
Set to side.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut 2 limes into thin slices, also set to side.

Layer a baking pan with tin foil from side to side and back to back (as to not let the juices spill onto the pan).

Season filets front and back with salt and pepper to taste.

Layer lime slice on tin foil horizontally, and place filets on top.

Layer remaining lime slices on top of filets.

Squeeze juice from third lime all over filets, and discard.

Dollop 2 tbsp of salsa per each filet (totalling 8 tbsp.)

Cover ingredients with tin foil, making sure the entire dish is covered.

Cook for about 10 mins, and then remove and flip filets over. Make sure to cover filets with lime pieces from bottom and top. Dont worry about salsa covering fish, all will be poured over at the end.

Cook for about 10-15 more minutes, until fish is flaky.

Serve with Zatarain's rice, 1 cup per piece of fish.

Green beans on the side will go nicely with this!
