Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    pam olive oil spray 2 servings
    *Dandelion Greens, 2 cup
    Garlic, 3 clove
    sprinkle of parsley
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup,pieces or slices
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup
    *Chicken boullion, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Pink Salmon (fish), 10 oz

Directions

First I season the salmon and let it get to room temp. Then take a 2 quart pot and boil some salted water for the pasta, ..
About 2 min before pasta is done.. place chopped dandelion greens in with the pasta..
when pasta is al dente... before you drain it ..Reserve 2 cups of the hot water put aside
drain into colandar and then put cold water on it to stop cooking.. set aside
Next ,take the garlic chopped and saute in pot with 2 tbs of Olive Oil, When garlic is soft and fragrant but not brown.
Add the 2cups of a water , the chicken bouillion,and stir in some salt pepper parsley and let that cook for about 4 min.
Add the fat free half and half let that cook together for about 4 min.
add the salmon to that pot and put on lid and simmer for 5 min.. turn over salmon and let simmer for 5 more min. Take salmon out and set aside.
Place the pasta/ dandelion back into the cream sauce add the mushrooms.. stir and let cook for 3 more minutes..
then plate the pasta w / dandelions and mushrooms and cut salmon into 4 pieces and place on top of pasta. Voila! done and done .. bonappetit!
