Ingredients

    .75 cups whole wheat flour
    .75 cups of white flour
    .5 cups smart squeezze ( can be found at winco)
    2 cups blackberries
    splenda to taste
    2 egg whites

Directions

mix both flours and some splenda as well as 1 egg white in a mixer. start mixing and add the smart squeeze mixing on low. you will have to add pinches of flour here and there. it is difficult to make, but for as low calories and fat it is worth it!when the dough is mixed, flour your cutting boardand scrape dough onto cutting board.add some more flour to the dough and mix with your hands until it is able to be handled with out sticking. roll out the dough and flour it as you roll it out more. when it is rolled out thin, cut in to a circle and place onto pie pan.add two cups of blackberries and splrinkle with splenda to taste. cut another circle out of your dough. use a fork and push the dough together with your fork all the way around the outside. brush one egg white on top of the pie. sprinkle with splenda. bake for about 15 or 20 minutes at 350 degrees
