Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz chicken
    2 T honey
    2 T vinegar
    2 T orange juice
    4 t soy sauce
    3 t flour
    2 T olive oil
    5 cups stir fry veggies
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

cut chicken into bite size strips and set aside.
sauce: combine in a small bowl honey, vinegar, OJ, soy sauce, and flour. set aside.

pour oil into wok over medium high heat.
add vegetables and cook until crisp- tender and remove. add chicken, cook until no longer pink. push to sides of wok.
add sauce to center. cook until sauce is thick and bubbly.

return cooked vegetables. cook and stir 1 more minute until heated. serve over rice.

    This was very good! The only thing I would maybe add next time is a little spice (maybe red pepper?). But I will make it again! thanks! - 8/28/09
