    1.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup orange juice
    1 whole banana (cut into sections)
    1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened) = about 10
    ice cubes


Combine 1.5 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, strawberries, and a banana in a blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth. Makes 3 servings of about a cup apiece.
