Ingredients

    1 medium apple
    1/3 cup blueberries
    4 tbsp Slenda
    1 tsp smart balance buttery spread
    4 tbsp whipped cream
    2 tbsp quaker oats
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

Peal apple and dice. Put in a bowl with blueberries and spray with Pam for 2 seconds. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Splenda over fruit and mix until evenly coated.
In a small pan, melt smart balance, add apples and blueberries. Heat for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the Splenda. Turn the heat down and cover. Stir every 2 minutes until fruit is at the consistency of your choice.
You may add more Splenda to taste.
Place into 2 small microwavable bowls with lids. While still hot, sprinkle 1 tbsp Quaker Oats over each. Cover for 5 minutes, then top each with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
