Introduction

Ingredients

•Cauliflower, raw, 6 cup
•*Skim Milk, .75 cup
•*Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese, 2 cup
•*ritz cracker reduced fat, 30 gram(s) (10 crackers)
•*Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 3 tbsp
•*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz
•*Daisy Light Sour Cream, 5 tbsp
Directions
1. Boil cauliflower until tender; drain. Set aside and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Microwave cream cheese and milk in microwaveable measuring cup or medium bowl 2 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
3. Add sour cream; mix well. Pour over cauliflower; sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake for 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
3. Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top.
Optional: Bake a few minutes more to brown top after cracker mix is added.
I added some black pepper to the boiling water to give it some spice... you can play around with others as well.
