Ingredients

1 Store bought Sugar Free Angel Food Cake (5 servings - 100 calories each)
1 1/2 cup container Sugar Free Strawberry Glaze
    2 pints fresh strawberries
2 boxes (4 serving size) Sugar and Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding
    4 cups skim milk
16 oz Lite Whipped Topping (thawed)

Directions

Mix 4 cups of skim milk into two (4 serving size) boxes of sugar/fat free instant Chocolate pudding, whisk for about 3 minutes then refrigerated.

Using a serrated knife, dice angel food cake into bite size pieces.

Slice about 2 pints of strawberries (you want 4 cups sliced) and toss in a bowl with sugar free strawberry glaze.

In the bottom of a tall clear container spread 1/4 of cake, then top with 1 cup strawberry mix, then 1 cup pudding, then 1/2 cup whipped topping. Repeat 3 more times.

*Tip - putting the pudding and whipped topping into gallon size freezer bags then snipping of a corner will let you make more even layers, but it looks good just spooed in carefully too.
