Ingredients

preheat oven to 350
spray two 8x4 pans with non-stick spray and set aside
In a large bowl add flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, sinnamin & salt. set aside
in a medium bowl, whisk sugar, egg, applesauce, oil and vanilla. stir in zucchini. add the wet ingredients to the dry. stir just to moisten. fold in the chocolate chips.
spread evenly in pan and bake for 50 minutes. or use toothpick and see it comes out clean. cool for 5 minutes in pan and then remove onto a wire rack. makes 2 loafs, 10 slices each

you can make 2 loafs or I also made them into muffins, and it made 27 so thats how I made it out.
