Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour (1-1/4 cup)
Unsweetened Cocoa (1/2 cup)
Corn Starch (1/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Splenda Baking Blend (1-1/4 cup)
Water (1 cup)
Egg Whites (from 3 large eggs)
Corn Syrup (1/2 cup)
Directions
* In large bowl combine flour, cocoa, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
* In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork stir sugar & water for 1 minute.
* Add egg whites & corn syrup to sugar and water, stir until blended.
* Gradually stir wet ingredients mixture into dry ingredients until smooth.
* Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
* Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
* Let cool before serving.
