Ingredients

20oz (or whatever sized package you normally buy - 16-20oz is fine) ground turkey
    1 tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic, to taste
28oz can crushed tomatoes, no salt added
1 can black beans, rinsed well
1 can kidney beans, rinsed well
Chili, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt to taste (never measured, I just can tell when it tastes right!)

    Alternate:
1.22 lb Trader Joe's Butcher Shop Ground Turkey
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3-4 cloves garlic
    28oz can pinto beans
28oz can organic diced tomatoes in juice, undrained
    Spices as directed above.

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Brown meat and garlic until cooked through. Meanwhile, add tomatoes and beans to slow cooker, and turn on low. When meat is done, mix it all together, and season it to your preference. Cook on low 3-4 hours. Serving is about a cup or so.
