Ingredients

1 lb broccoli
1.5 cups cooked chicken, cut up into chunks
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 TBSP whole wheat flour
2 TBSP butter
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*
Steam the broccoli, "al dente", and put in the bottom of a rectangular casserole dish.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onion, and saute until translucent. Add the salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add the flour, then gradually, the milk, and stir to combine. Allow mixture to come to a slow boil, then reduce heat, until mixture thickens. Add chicken to the mixture, and pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 375* for 15 minutes.
