Ingredients

    1/2 cup each whole wheat, corn, oat flour
    1/4 cup each ground flax seed, wheat germ
    2 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    1 whole fresh egg
    1 1/2 T honey
    1 1/2 oil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in bowl, mix wet engredients in measuring cup. Mix both together and bake on hot griddle.
Serving size is two pancake. recipe makes 12 pancakes
