1 small pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
1 small pkg sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup reduced-fat (or fat free) cool whip
    2 tbl chopped pecans

Directions

In a mixing bowl beat 1-1/3 cups milk and vanilla pudding on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour into graham cracker crust. In a clean bowl beat 1-1/3 c milk and butterscotch pudding for 2 minutes. Spoon evenly over the vanilla layer, do the same with the chocolate then spread the whipped topping on the chocolate layer and sprinkle with pecans. Very Good
I am not used to the after taste of sugar free products, never having had it on a regular basis. So, I added 1 1/2 tablespoon of organic chocolate powder to the final chocolate pudding to get rid of the after taste. Worked like a miracle. Thanks for the recipe. - 11/7/07
