Ingredients

    2 pattypan squash
    1 tomato
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    .5 cup corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Boil the squash for 15 min
Cut squash and scoop out insides
Saute onion and garlic with olive oil
Add squash and corn 1 min
Add tomato 1 min
Put mixture into squash and bake 20 min
