    Jolvia obviously has nothing better to do than dissing other people's recipes. Maybe she should try entering a few of her own to share.

    As for the recipe ... having treats is all about moderation and figuring the info on a very small portion is a smart thing to do :) Keeps you on track!     - 7/15/07
