Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb Organic Ground Beef
    1 Cup Onion Chopped small
    1 Cup Celery Chopped small
    14.5oz Canned Whole Tomatoes
    28 oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes
    2 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetables
    1 Cup Corn, Sweet Yellow Frozen
    1 Tbsp Parsley, Dried
    3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

Directions

1. Brown Grown Meat
2. Add all the other ingredients
3. Bring to a boil & then continue to cook over low heat until volume is reduced to half.


Since the canned tomatoes have salt I do not add any more. I do ground fresh black pepper into the soup.

Makes 8 servings of very thick soup.
