    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup
    * Baking Powder, 1.12 tsp
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Cloves ground, 1/8 tsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, pinch
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, .5 cup
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Pecans, .25 cup, chopped
    * *Libby's Canned Pumpkin Puree, 0.5 cup
    * Banana, chopped
    * Brown Sugar, .1250 cup, packed
    * *Flour, white, 1 cup


Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add in pumpkin puree, then rest of wet ingredients Combine wet and dry ingredients and then drop onto hot waffle iron. Before closing iron, sprinkle chopped pecans and bananas on top.

Makes 6. These freeze and you can toast one up in the toaster oven for an easy breakfast!
