Introduction

This is my version of guacamole. It works best with very ripe soft avocados. This is my version of guacamole. It works best with very ripe soft avocados.

Ingredients

    2 large ripe avocados, peal and pit removed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1 tbsp chopped green chilies (type depends on the heat you want)
    2 tbsp dried or fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Mash avocado (if they are a little firm you can use a food processer to get the mashed texture)
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve with baked tortilla chips on on your favorite entree
