Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    7-8 oz top sirloin( or use leftovers)
    1 12oz can roast beef(undrained)
    1 bag frozen stew veg mix(potato, carrot, onion, celery)
    1 cup long grain rice
    1 can steak and potato soup
    2 small cups sliced mushrooms(undrained)
    2 cups water
    pepper to taste

Directions

Salt and pepper sirloin then -Grill sirloin and chop into cubes(cooking time depends on thickness of meat)

meanwhile in a large pot mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes then turn off heat( leave pan on burner) cover and allot to sit until rice is done. Add cubed sirloin just before serving.

Makes 6 generous servings!
