Ingredients

6-8 Chicken Breasts, skinless
1/2 Cup EVOO
1/3 Cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 t powdered lemon peel or 1 t fresh lemon zest
1 t Greek Seasoning
1 t Poultry Seasoning
1 t Oregano
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Trim all visable fat and membranes from chicken breasts.
Make several small slits across the breasts so the marinade can penetrate into the meat. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts. Store in a non-reactive container or sealable plastic bag in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Preheat grill to medium hot and grill chicken for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and breasts are well browned and firm but not hard to the touch. These chicken pieces may also be cooked on the stove top in a grill pan or broiled.
Makes 6-8 servings.
